Legal Help for Montana

Electric Citizen partnered with Montana Legal Services Association on a new website for MontanaLawHelp.

I started by working with our team's content strategist through the initial strategy phase of the project, including a revised sitemap and user workshops. From there, I produced wireframes, a new design direction and page mockups of the new site design. 

The site features an interactive application, for which I designed the user interface. Prelaunch, I also designed and led a remote usability study, interviewing various Montana residents on their user experience with the new site.
